ROUGH drafting new ideas all high late at night.. duhh

Super hero story changed but to consist of new area and events surrounding story.. Main central focus will begin with single character and how his life became drasticall altered from a series of events which left the North East of America in a abandoned run down wasteland, except a few series in that wasteland remain populated. The North East became restricted and contained from the surrounding US and no longer considered a useful area of US soil. The government agreed to start relocation of the "Abandon East" but project appears to be too daunting. With the appearance of super powers and the World regulation Laws in place for five years, Port City is faced with an overpopulating society, being the only immigration station from the East. After two year of running the train to extract survivors 200 miles away at a military run outpost, Port City had been on the decline, stricken with increased population and population control issues. The appearance of organized crime and conspiary groups to free the East and allow the train to run flow heavily throughout the city, but through this we see the rise of the SuperHero.

Port City is on the lines of New York, except the government and police are literally fighting for every inch of control they have. Two primary heroes have arose from the war torn and scary street, one possessing super strength and one speed.

However Port City is not the only area that finds itself under radical change from the East being torn apart. The Wastelands themselves hold various types of culture and people and more secrets than any. The military is forced to send over both heroes as hell as a five man team consisting of a genetically engiereed prototype pilot and a hero of their own. Military's real goal is to conquer an abundant enegry ssource

But most of all, he now has a very tolerant and therefore withering attitude toward all those who are still struggling in the old activist political ways . . . while he, with the help of psychedelic chemicals, is exploring the infinite regions of human consciousness."
